**I. Definitions**
* **AI Digital Matrix Services:** Refers to the AI Digital Matrix application services ("AI Digital Matrix WeChat Mini Program/Website/APP") and the AI Digital Matrix entity cabin services covered by these Rules.
* **AI Digital Matrix:** Refers to the provider of AI Digital Matrix Services.
* **AI Digital Matrix Service Provider:** Guangzhou Soundbox Acoustic Technology Co., Ltd.;
* To provide our Services to you, the above AI Digital Matrix Service providers will share and jointly process your personal information. Please note that your personal information may not be shared or jointly processed by all community service providers; we only share it with a limited number of affiliates as necessary to provide you with community services and subject to the purposes stated in these Rules.
* **Affiliated Companies:** Refers to any company, legal institution currently or in the future controlled by, controlling, or under common control with AI Digital Matrix, as well as the lawful successors of such companies and legal institutions. "Control" means (1) directly or indirectly holding more than half of the voting rights; or (2) directly or indirectly entitled to more than half of the distributable profits; or (3) directly or indirectly controlling the composition of more than half of the board members; or (4) directly or indirectly holding more than half of the registered capital.
* **Personal Information:** Personal Information refers to information related to you that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify your personal identity. Personal Information does not include aggregated or anonymized information, meaning information processed in a way that cannot identify you or a specific natural person and cannot be restored.
* **Sensitive Personal Information:** Includes email addresses and communication content (when using services), personal phone numbers, facial photos, identification cards or government-issued documents, property information (including bank account information), your travel trajectory, precise location information and accommodation information, online identity identifiers, accounts, passwords, and password protection answers; website browsing records, and the personal information of minors aged twelve and below (hereinafter referred to as "Children").
* **"You" in these Rules:** The term "You" mentioned in these Rules refers to the person using our website, applications, or other services. If you are an employee or job applicant, the AI Digital Matrix Personnel Data Personal Information Processing Rules explain how we use your personal information in the context of your employment relationship. If you are both our employee or job applicant and use our Services, these Rules explain how we process your personal information in the context of your use of our Services.
**II. How We Collect and Use Your Information**
When you use our Services, scenarios where you need to/choose to authorize us to collect and use personal information include:
1. Scenarios where you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information to provide the basic functions of our Services. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned necessary information, you will not be able to use our Services normally.
2. Scenarios where you can choose to authorize us to collect and use information to provide the extended functions of our Services. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the intended functional effects, but this will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our Services.
**(A) Scenarios Requiring Your Authorization to Collect and Use Personal Information**
We will follow the principles of justification, lawfulness, necessity, transparency, and quality to collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated below in these Rules.
1. **Helping You Become Our User**
* To comply with legal requirements and provide you with more personalized and convenient services, when registering as a user of the AI Digital Matrix website or AI Digital Matrix Mini Program/APP, you need to provide at least your mobile phone number to create an account and complete relevant online identity identification information (such as avatar, nickname, etc.). If you are an individual member of AI Digital Matrix, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number to facilitate association with your member company, thereby helping you use AI Digital Matrix cabins. If you only need browsing, search, and other functions, you can visit the AI Digital Matrix official website without registering as our user or providing the above information.
* During the process of providing account information, if you are willing to supplement additional information such as your gender, position, personal profile, social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin), and skills, it will help us provide you with more personalized services. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
2. **Providing Location-Based Services to You**
* **(1) Location Information:** To help you quickly find the desired cabin, with your authorization, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including location information.
* When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information to accurately recommend nearby cabin spaces.
* We use technologies such as IP address, GPS, and WLAN access points (like Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information to obtain your location information (accuracy may vary). Information you provide while using the service may contain corresponding geographical information, such as the region set in your account profile or geotags in uploaded pictures or videos. You can stop our collection of your location information by disabling the location service in your mobile device's system, but this may prevent you from using the location-based services we provide or achieving the expected effects of related services.
* **(2) Log Information:** When you use our Services, we collect your browsing, search, click, collection, likes, communication, follow, share, post, and other information and save it as relevant network logs, including your IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, mobile phone model, date and time of access, telecom operator, network requests, etc.
3. **Helping You Complete Payment**
* When you make an order payment on the AI Digital Matrix WeChat Mini Program/APP/Website, you can choose payment services provided by third-party payment institutions cooperating with AI Digital Matrix. We need to collect your order information, payment information, and other legally required necessary information to share with these partners to confirm your payment instruction and help you complete the payment. If you refuse to provide delivery information or payment information, we will not be able to provide you with online ordering services.
4. **Providing Customer Service and After-Sales Service to You**
* When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication between you and the customer service representative and use your account information for identity verification. When you require customer service related to your order, we may query your relevant order information to provide appropriate assistance and handling. When you need customer service assistance to modify certain information (such as delivery address, contact information, etc.), you may need to provide additional information beyond the above to complete the modification.
5. **Providing Security Safeguards to You**
* To protect the security of your account, transactions, and system operation, meet legal requirements and the requirements of our agreements and rules, during your use of our Services, we will obtain your device information with your authorization, including the attributes, connection, and status information of the device you use, such as device model, device identifiers (such as IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information, etc.), device MAC address, software list, telecom operator, and other software and hardware characteristic information.
* To improve the security of your use of our Services and more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, we may use or integrate your personal information and information obtained by our affiliates or partners with your authorization or as legally shared, to comprehensively assess the risks to your account and transactions based on your usage habits and common software information. This includes verifying identity, preventing, detecting, and investigating potential fraud, network viruses, network attacks, and other security risks, as well as behaviors that violate our or affiliates' agreements, policies, or rules, to protect your, other users', our, or our affiliates' legitimate rights and interests, and to record links ("URLs") we consider risky.
6. **Providing a Secure Private Space**
* If you visit buildings and facilities cooperating with AI Digital Matrix. AI Digital Matrix buildings and facilities are equipped with CCTV systems to maintain our legitimate business interests in protecting the safety of AI Digital Matrix employees, members, visitors, and their property. These recordings can be accessed by AI Digital Matrix. According to relevant laws and regulations, AI Digital Matrix may also be required to provide CCTV footage to authorized members or other third parties such as competent authorities. Such recordings are generally retained for a limited time but may be retained longer if AI Digital Matrix or the relevant member deems it appropriate (e.g., when investigating an incident) or upon request by competent authorities.
7. **Identity Verification for Account Security**
* To complete identity verification, ensure account security, confirm transaction status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution purposes, with your authorization, we may obtain your personal information from third parties (e.g., collect transaction, payment, booking information related to your transaction progress from the transaction counterparty and third-party information systems, payment institutions, intermediaries directly involved in the transaction, etc., to facilitate our processing of your order and ensure the smooth completion of services, or to better prevent fraud, brushing orders, and other malicious behaviors). We will obtain your relevant information from AI Digital Matrix affiliates and partners in accordance with legal requirements and agreements with third parties, subject to your authorization, and confirm the legality of their information sources before using your information.
8. **Enabling Your Participation in Our Partnership Programs**
* If you participate in partnership programs such as intermediary collaboration projects and activities through our website, to complete identity verification, we will require you to provide your name, email address, mobile phone number, and other information to contact you. If you intend to provide us with personal information of others, please ensure that you have obtained their appropriate authorization and provided them with the relevant link to these Personal Information Processing Rules.
**(B) Scenarios Where You Can Choose to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Personal Information**
To provide you with personalized services, you can choose to use the extended functions we provide. We will collect and use the following information in accordance with the law and based on your specific authorization. This type of information will be collected in the specific functions and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
1. **Extended Functions Based on Camera Authorization:** You can choose to enable the system's camera permission, authorizing AI Digital Matrix to access your camera by using functions such as taking photos, recording videos, or scanning QR codes, to facilitate content publishing through photos or videos. If you need to record and publish videos with sound, you also need to enable the microphone permission. We collect the information you upload and publish. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to use the QR code scanning function or interact via photos or videos, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
2. **Extended Functions Based on Album Authorization:** You can choose to enable the system's album permission, authorizing us to access your album by actively uploading pictures or videos, to facilitate publishing content by uploading photos or videos. We collect the information you choose to upload and publish. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to change avatars, publish posts with pictures, or post demands via uploading pictures or videos, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
3. **Extended Functions Based on Microphone Authorization:** You can choose to enable the system's microphone permission to use voice technology for chat and other voice interaction functions. We collect the voice information you input during the use of intelligent voice technology for machine recognition and online interaction to meet your search and other needs. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to achieve online voice interaction functions, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
4. **Extended Functions Based on Contact List Authorization:** You can authorize us to access your phone's contact list information and public information (avatar, nickname, etc.), enabling you to quickly complete visitor registration without manual input. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to use contact list-based interaction functions, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
5. **Extended Functions Based on Calendar Authorization:** You can enable the system's calendar permission to use functions like adding to calendar for integration with your calendar or corporate email. We collect the above information to display or set reminders. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to enjoy calendar recording or reminder functions, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of AI Digital Matrix Services.
**(C) Other Rules for Collecting and Using Personal Information**
1. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before providing such personal information to AI Digital Matrix.
2. If we use information for purposes not stated in these Rules, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.
3. If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will, before collection, explicitly require the third party in writing to state the source of the personal information and whether they have obtained your lawful authorization for its collection, processing, and provision to us. Except as explicitly permitted by law, we will only collect your personal information from a third party after confirming that the third party has obtained your authorization and consent. If the scope of the third party's authorization does not cover our processing and usage purposes, we will either ourselves or require the third party to obtain your consent before processing your personal information. Simultaneously, our professional security team will implement security measures for personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access control, etc.). We will protect indirectly obtained personal information using measures no less stringent than those we use to protect our own users' personal information.
4. **Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent:** According to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization and consent under the following circumstances:
(1) Related to fulfilling obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, or significant public interests;

(5) Necessary for protecting the life, property, and other major lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals, but difficult to obtain consent from the person involved;
(6) Personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public or that has otherwise been lawfully disclosed;
(7) Collected from lawfully disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure channels, or as otherwise required by law;
(8) Necessary for concluding or performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you;
(9) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, such as discovering or handling faults in products and/or services;
(10) Necessary for responding to public health emergencies, or in emergency situations to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons;
(11) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please be aware that according to applicable law, if we process personal information by taking technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and the information cannot be restored, or if we may use the collected information for de-identified research, statistical analysis, and prediction to improve AI Digital Matrix's content and layout, provide product and/or service support for business decisions, and improve our services (including using anonymized data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require separate notification to or consent from you.
5. **Cessation of Operations:** If we cease operation of AI Digital Matrix Services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations individually or by announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the discontinued business. For children's personal information, we will promptly inform the children's guardians of the cessation of operations.
**III. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies**
**(A) Use of Cookies**
To ensure the normal operation of the website, provide you with a more relaxed access experience, and recommend content that may interest you, we store Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage usually containing identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters provided by the browser (or associated applications) (collectively referred to as "Cookies") on your computer or mobile device. To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, enabling you to enjoy and use more services and functions, our applications embed SDKs or similar applications from authorized partners. Please refer to the Appendix for details on the SDKs we integrate from authorized partners.
We conduct strict security inspections on the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information and agree with them on strict data protection measures, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with these Rules and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
**IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information**
**(A) Sharing**
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside the AI Digital Matrix Service Providers, except under the following circumstances:
1. **Sharing under statutory circumstances:** We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, for litigation or dispute resolution needs, or upon lawful requests by administrative or judicial authorities.
2. **Sharing with explicit consent:** With your explicit consent, we may share your personal information with other parties.
3. **Sharing among affiliated companies:** To facilitate our provision of products and/or services, and to ensure the security of our community based on your geographical location and actual usage, your personal information, including sensitive personal information (name, contact information, and photos), may be shared with our affiliated companies.
4. **Sharing with authorized partners:** We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only share your information for the legitimate, justified, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes stated in these Rules. Authorized partners can only access the information necessary for them to perform their duties, and we will require them through agreements not to use this information for any other purpose.

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

Please be aware that according to applicable law, if we process personal information by taking technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and the information cannot be restored, then the sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of such processed data does not require separate notification to or consent from you.
**V. How We Protect and Store Your Information**
**(A) Storage Location**
Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Under the following circumstances, we will provide your personal information to overseas entities after fulfilling our legal obligations:
(1) Where explicitly stipulated by applicable law;
(2) With your explicit authorization;
(3) Your active cross-border transactions through the internet, etc.
For the above situations, we will ensure the protection of your personal information to a degree no less than that stipulated in these Rules through contracts or other forms.
**(B) Storage Period**
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in these Rules. We consider the following factors to determine the retention period of personal information:
(1) Continuing to develop, customize, upgrade, and improve our Services;
(2) Preserving business records for analysis and/or audit purposes;
(3) Complying with record retention provisions as required by law;
(4) Opposing or raising any existing or potential legal claims;
(5) Handling any complaints and reports regarding the services;
**(C) Data Protection Technical Measures**
We have adopted reasonable and feasible security protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information, preventing personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; data exchanged between your browser and our servers is protected by SSL protocol encryption; we also provide HTTPS protocol secure browsing for the website; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from malicious attacks; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.

We have established internal management systems and operating procedures, classified and categorized personal information, taken corresponding encryption and de-identification security technical measures, internally determined reasonable operational permissions for personnel handling personal information, and regularly conduct security education and training for employees. We value the protection of personal information provided to AI Digital Matrix. AI Digital Matrix adopts reasonable measures, striving to use appropriate technical or organizational measures to protect your personal information, including preventing unauthorized or illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while AI Digital Matrix will endeavor to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to AI Digital Matrix, and you do so at your own risk. In view of this, we ask that you help us enhance security by implementing your own security controls (such as using strong passwords, not sharing credentials and passwords with others, logging out when leaving the office, and other security measures).

If a security incident occurs, we will inform you and report to the competent supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

**VII. How We Handle Minors' Information**
Typically, our services are not directed at minors. If you are a minor, we require you to have your parent or other guardian carefully read these Rules and use our services or provide information to us only with the prior consent of your parent or guardian.
